Systems Medical Group offers contracted primary care and specialty
physicians’ access to a number of different HMO contracts.
Established in 1990, EHS owns and operates physician networks
in Los Angeles CA, Sacramento CA, San Diego CA, and Charlotte
NC. Our specific focus is in the areas of managed care Medicaid/Medi-Cal
and State Children’s Health Insurance Programs (SCHIP).
In California, this is also known as the Healthy Families
program. Physicians and other providers interested in contracting
with these networks can indicate their interest by clicking
on the link associated with each IPA.

of North Carolina
Established
in 1996, the IPA of North Carolina is located in the city
of Charlotte and the County of Mecklenburg.
It
is the only county in the State that offers Medicaid beneficiaries
a fully capitated managed care alternative.
The
IPA of North Carolina has grown from fewer than 1,000 members
when we first began to current levels.
