Submitting Encounters to IPA of Georgia

All capitated encounter data must be submitted to IPA of Georgia within 30 days of service. Data must be
submitted through IPAG DATAPort in a HIPAA compatible format. To access DATAPort you will need to:

Complete the DATAPort Security Agreement and Web Portal Access forms and FAX to 877-322-1978

Submit a test file to us through DATAPort. It will take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to complete the testing, depending upon the format submitted. We will contact you when you are ready to begin submitting production files. For questions contact us at 626 246-3174
