Growing healthcare management organization has an immediate opening for a highly analytical individual with strong claims and operational knowledge to join our team.   This position will be tasked with facilitating business process mapping designed to integrate our health plan and MSO administration software package into our operational and technological environment. Duties include business coordination and liaison activities, requirements analysis, process analysis, mapping and formalized testing of processes, both pre and post implementation. Prior project management and Project planning experience would be helpful. Analyst will be responsible for preparing professional written and verbal deliverables, reports, and presentations to management.

Significant experience as a Business Analyst or Project Management specialist is required. Healthcare industry experience is a must in a Managed Care environment, preferably with strong claims and systems benefit management/implementation experience. Knowledge of functional policies, procedures, standards and/or legislative issues is strongly preferred. A background with process improvement, workflow, and benchmarking is key. Advanced proficiency with PC-based software and database applications is a must. Familiarity with HealthTrio xpress is considered a plus. Candidates should possess excellent problem solving, decision-making, and prioritization abilities. The ideal candidate will posses the skills and experience necessary to prioritize and successfully execute multiple tasks and carry them through to completion in a timely and efficient manner. Excellent written communication skills are a must. Candidate must be able to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment
